1. Who we are

The website raki.market belongs to the Raki Market service, which accepts orders for live, boiled crayfish, seafood, snacks and drinks with delivery in Kyiv and the Kyiv region.

2. What data we collect

When placing an order or contacting a manager, we may receive the following data:

• customer name;
• phone number;
• delivery address: district, street, house number, apartment, entrance, floor or other details;
• selected items, quantity, order amount and promo code, if used;
• order comment;
• preferred date and time of delivery;
• technical website data, if transmitted by the browser: IP address, device type, browser, cookie files.

3. Why we use the data

We use personal data only for purposes related to the operation of the service:

• to accept, confirm and fulfil the order;
• to contact the customer about order or delivery details;
• to pass the necessary information to the courier for delivery;
• to process payment if made online or by transfer;
• to improve the website, the service and the customer experience;
• to comply with the legislation of Ukraine where necessary.

4. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell or share customers' personal data with third parties for their advertising. Data may be shared only with those who help fulfil the order: couriers, delivery services, payment services, technical contractors or government authorities in cases provided for by law.

5. Cookies and analytics

The website may use cookies for the correct operation of the cart, remembering selected items, improving usability and analysing traffic. You can restrict or disable cookies in your browser settings, but some site features may not work correctly.

To analyse traffic and user behaviour, the website uses Google Analytics (Google LLC). This service processes technical data about the device, visited pages and referral source — and processes it in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics data collection using the official browser add-on.

Our own analytics uses a random browser ID in localStorage for up to 12 months after the latest visit. It distinguishes new and returning visits and shows whether requests were sent from this browser before, not individual people. A new session starts after 30 minutes of inactivity. Clearing storage, switching browsers or using private mode may create a new ID.

The manager receives a Telegram summary of visit dates and counts, sources, campaign tags, pages, visible sections and product actions, as well as the number and date of requests sent from this browser (without their contents). Form contents, exact Google queries and IP addresses are not included. Approximate city is resolved on our server using the local IP Geolocation by DB-IP database (CC BY 4.0); visitor IPs are not sent to that provider. VPNs and mobile networks can make the location inaccurate.

Our tracker respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. The opt-out below applies to our own analytics and does not disable the cart. Contact us to request deletion of previous summaries; opting out does not erase existing Telegram history.

6. Google Maps and external services

The website may use Google Maps and other external services to display the address, autocomplete streets or improve navigation. Such services may process technical data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

7. Data storage and protection

We store personal data only as long as needed to fulfil the order, communicate with the customer, for accounting or to meet legal requirements. We take reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect data from loss, unauthorized access or disclosure.

8. User rights

You can contact us to:

• find out what personal data of yours we process;
• correct inaccurate data;
• withdraw consent to data processing, if it does not prevent the fulfilment of an already placed order;
• request deletion of data if its storage is no longer required by law or to fulfil the order.

We may update this privacy policy. The current version is always posted on this page. If the changes are significant, we may additionally announce them on the website.
