Crayfish delivery in Kyiv & payment

1. How an order is placed and confirmed

You can place an order via the cart on the website or by phone at +38 (063) 030-14-14. The process works as follows:

• Step 1. You add products to the cart, enter your name, phone number and delivery address, and submit the order. A confirmation that your order has been received appears on screen immediately.
• Step 2. A manager contacts you at the provided number (call or messenger — Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber) during working hours from 08:00 to 24:00, usually within 15–30 minutes. The manager confirms product availability, weight, the final amount and the delivery time. Orders placed at night (24:00–08:00) are processed after 08:00.
• Step 3. Once availability is confirmed, you pay for the order using a convenient method (see the "Payment methods" section).
• Step 4. After payment is received, we start preparing your order: boiled crayfish are cooked right after payment, live ones are packed before dispatch. The courier contacts you before arrival.

Prices on the website are per 1 kg (for crayfish and seafood) or per unit (for drinks and combo sets) and are final — the total is calculated from these prices and confirmed by the manager before payment. We do not charge any additional fees.

2. Why payment happens after confirmation

Crayfish are a live product sold by weight: the exact weight and availability of a specific size (S–XXL) may change during the day. That is why we first confirm availability and the final amount, and only then accept payment. This way you pay exactly for what you actually receive.

All orders require prepayment after availability is confirmed by the manager.

3. Payment methods

• Online payment via link: after order confirmation, the manager sends a secure payment link for card payment, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
• Bank card transfer: payment by transfer to a Ukrainian bank card (PrivatBank / Monobank and others).

Payments are accepted in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). After payment, the manager confirms receipt of funds and tells you the estimated courier arrival time.

4. Delivery areas, cost and timing

• Kyiv (left and right bank): delivery within 60–120 minutes after payment confirmation. The delivery cost follows taxi service rates (Uklon / Bolt) and is paid by the customer directly at the carrier's rate.
• Free delivery within Kyiv for orders of 3 kg of crayfish or more.
• Kyiv region: delivery availability and cost are calculated individually and confirmed by the manager before payment.
• Pickup — by pre-order: Sobornosti Ave, 30, Kyivska Venetsiia complex, 2nd floor (separate entrance to the commercial premises). Pickup time is agreed with the manager.

Delivery operates daily from 08:00 to 24:00. The exact time is agreed with the manager; you can also schedule delivery for a specific time in advance.

5. Order cancellation

• Live crayfish, seafood, snacks and drinks — you can cancel your order without giving a reason at any time before it is handed to the courier. The prepayment is refunded in full.
• Boiled crayfish are cooked individually for your order right after payment, so free cancellation is only possible before cooking starts. Once the crayfish are cooked, the order can no longer be cancelled — it will be delivered to you.

Refunds are issued to the card used for payment within 1–3 business days. To cancel, call us or write to us in a messenger as soon as possible.
