- Kyiv region: cost calculated by the manager upon order confirmation.
- Pickup: by pre-order — Sobornosti Ave, 30, Kyivska Venetsiia complex, 2nd floor (separate entrance to the commercial premises).
- Delivery time: agreed upon confirmation or at an exact time by advance order. We work daily 08:00–24:00.

Which size should I choose for my first order?
Consider M or L for a first taste. S suits those who enjoy taking their time with smaller crayfish; XL and XXL suit those who prefer larger crayfish and claws. Compare not just the price per kilogram but also the approximate number per kilogram shown on the live crayfish cards.
Is one kilogram enough for two people?
Sharing a kilogram gives each person 500 g of whole crayfish, including shells, not pure meat. A tasting alongside other dishes is different from a dinner consisting only of crayfish. Consider your appetite and what else will be on the table when choosing the quantity.
Are larger crayfish always better value?
A larger crayfish has larger individual pieces of meat, but there will be fewer crayfish per kilogram. Size alone does not guarantee more pure meat for the same money. Choose according to how you enjoy eating crayfish, not simply the idea that more expensive means better.
Which recipe lets me taste the crayfish rather than just the seasoning?

The “Your recipe” option is there for such requests. Explain the changes you want to the manager before confirming the order. If the reason is an allergy, mention it separately: preparation needs to be agreed, not assumed safe just because you choose another recipe.

Agree your preferred time with the manager in advance: we cook boiled crayfish after confirming the order. Provide the serving time, address, quantity and recipe so the manager can check delivery availability. If your guests are already on their way, check the available time by phone first.
